Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Eligibility
Our services are available to anyone aged 18 years or older. By booking an appointment, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Please be there on time for your appointment. If our team are unable to come inside the property within 15 minutes from the time of the booked appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit as a late cancellation fee.
Health and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Clients must complete a medical history form before receiving services. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that can impact your health so we can modify our treatment plans.
Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a complimentary appointment.
Complimentary Appointments
Complimentary appointments are recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial pest control session. Additional sessions beyond the complimentary session will incur a separate fee.
Liability
Cross Country Pest Control will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings during your appointment. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release Cross Country Pest Control and its staff from any liability resulting from the services provided.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to provide the services you request. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Cross Country Pest Control reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to periodically review this page for the latest information.
